Sign in

Ride Angels uses a one-time code sent to your phone or email. There is no password to reset.

• Create Account and Sign In are separate. Use Sign In if you already have an account.
• Check that you are using the same phone or email you registered with.
• Codes expire. Request a new one if it does not arrive or no longer works.
• You can add both a phone number and an email in Profile → Account & Security so you have a backup sign-in method.

Using Rider and Ride Angel

One account can be both. Open Profile and switch “Using the app as” between Rider and Ride Angel. Your default mode is the one you chose during setup; you can change it anytime.

Trusted circle

Invite someone from My Ride Angels using the email or phone on their Ride Angels account. They need an account before they can accept. They are notified first when you add an appointment.

Account and data requests

To update your name or photo, use Profile in the app. To delete your Ride Angels account, open Profile or Account & Security and tap Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

To request a copy of your information, email support@hyperionappstudio.com from the address on the account.

Something not working?

When you write, it helps to include:

• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead
• Your device and iOS version
• Approximate time it happened
