Who we are

Hyperion App Studio (“Hyperion,” “we,” “us”) provides the Not ToDo mobile application. The App Store and Play listings use the grandfathered bundle ID com.darcsoftware.nottodo. We have not changed that ID and will not migrate it.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. Not ToDo runs on your device. It does not create an account, and it does not send your list to our servers.

Data stored on your device

• The not-to-do items and optional categories you enter
• Fail counts and the last time you tapped an item
• Reminder on/off preference
• Optional app-lock on/off preference

Uninstalling the app removes this local data. There is no cloud copy for us to delete.

Notifications

If you turn reminders on, the app schedules local notifications on the device. Those reminders are not sent through Hyperion servers. You can turn them off in Settings or in your system notification settings.

Optional app lock

If you turn on Lock this app, the operating system prompts for Face ID, fingerprint, or your device passcode before the list is shown. We do not receive, store, or process biometric data. That prompt is handled entirely by iOS or Android.

What we do not collect

• Name, email, phone number, or an account
• Location, contacts, camera, or photos
• Advertising identifiers or analytics SDKs
• We do not sell information or show ads

How we use information

Local data is used only to run Not ToDo on that device: your list, counts, reminders, and lock preference.

Children

Not ToDo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date.
